Pretreatment for Oil Processing is consisted of oilseed cleaning and selecting, oilseed dehulling, oilseed softening, oilseed flaking, oilseed filtering and oil extruding.

Inorder to work well,the oilseed cleaning and selecting machinery must be earnest in the preparation of dangerous it will face during the oil process. Maybe the impurity in seed will stop up the equipment and the impurity in oilseed will damage the oil press equipment in cleaning and selecting process. Then oilseed will be conveyed to oilseed flaking machine to burst its cell tissue, increases its surface area to enhance oil extraction equipment. After extracted from the oilseed, the oil will be conveyed to oil filtering machine.
